    Y’all — Um, this better than any radio format (um, except talk / news of course) I have ever found. I wish I was on the damn treadmill right now. Um, er, uh, well-o, right, yeah, wow.     cee-lo may have done the beat, but he built most of it off a sample from “Jimmy, Renda-se” by Tom Ze (which is a fantastic track btw)
