The Game and Nas collaborate on this 9 minute track with a piano loop that lingers underneath the soulful beat provided by Just Blaze. Some sick verses with lots of references to Dre, 50 Cent, the internet etc. along with handclaps and some gospel music towards the end. (JJ is the man)

Bonde James Bonde

There hasn’t been that much baile funk posted here on Discobelle lately.

Well, now we’ve found this joint (via Headphonesex) ~~and it’s made by some relatively new baile funk group that has popped up~~. Bonde James Bonde does the familiar take when they use an easily recognizable song as a sample to get us all hooked, in this case the Britney Spears megahit “Toxic”, and then let someone sing/rap/scream in portuguese over the beat. This is guaranteed to go over well in the clubs.

Pitbull goes rock lobster

Pitbull, has a new album entitled “El Mariel” out on monday. The album will apparently still be chokeful of those club/party tracks that he’s known for but also show up a more serious and political side of Pitbull. This is a track that definetely falls in the club track category, it’s based on a crazy sample from “the world’s greatest party band”, The B 52′s and their song “Rock lobster”.

Dibaba

Time to take it back to Sweden for a little while although it seems like we had to go all the way to a blog from NYC (Slapyouinpublic) to find this swedish gem.

Dibaba, or Olle Cornéer which is his given name, makes some truly excellent dancemusic. The music can be described as highly danceable electro with a bit of a poppy technotwist, it will blow up dancefloors all over.
