hot remix. note people, this is not DFA as in Death From Above who operates on DFA records, this is DFA as in Darryl James & Fred McFarlane who operates on Fall Out Records

  2. Daniel Says:

why are they calling themselves DFA then? hasn’t there been enough name wars over that name? WTF

  3. dubman Says:

James & McFarlane was first, they however never cared to make Murphy & Goldworth change their name. and really the nyc garagehouse sound from James & McFarlane beats anything that the overhyped Murphy & Goldworth has shit out from the last 3 years.

Man that tune bangs so hard. Great disco. And let’s not forget there also used to be a band called Death From Above 1979 from Canada. Jeez.

I just have to reply to dubman: this is incredibly lame and unoriginal music. Listen to the sample in the intro: it’s the sampled coverversion of George Kranz’s Din Da Da by the Roots. And the flute sound is so horrible it makes me want to puke. Nothing compared to the dfa I know.
