Does anyone know which version of Shit Disco’s I Know Kung Fu is used in that mix? The track listing suggests it’s the original, but it’s definitely not.

Good call, rooster. ‘Electro rock’ is probably the most appropriate genre name that isn’t queer. I don’t think it’s optimal. I’m just waiting for some perfect word like to come along.
For example, before ‘grime’ was coined, some of the music’s proponents referred to it as gabba-gutter-garridge. Obviously the new terminology aided its adoption. I think we still have to reach that point with this new sound. I expect it to stick around longer than grime did….
