Tomboy
This was the first track on the Pickpocket mixtape that we posted last week, it’s so good that it deserves a own post.
The track is made by producer/dj Tomas Barfod (aka Tomboy aka the drummer in danish electrogroup WhoMadeWho). He has been quite busy lately with remixes and singles coming out by the pound, he’s released music on Kitsuné, Gomma and now Tiga’s own label Turbo. This track is featured on the flip of his recent single “Basement music”, it features some of that chopped up and funky electrohouse that will burn up dancefloors, infectious and it just makes you wanna dance all night long. turbo is not into mp3 blogs. we posted some turbo stuff (the a side of this, and d.i.m. and proxy) a while back and they were quick (but really, really nice) with the request that we take it down.
