Our favorite frenchman, Pharrell, gave us this. It’s a remix by Paul Flangerio (who we haven’t heard of before) of the Teki Latex track “Les Matins de Paris”, you can hear the original on Teki’s MySpace and you all probably heard the Surkin remix already since it’s been floating around for a month or so. This has been on repeat since we got it. Teki’s vocals have been left out but Lio’s vocals are still intact, it’s a stunning track. We posted the previous single “Disco dance with you” last summer, if you heard that then you know what the solo offerings from Teki sounds like, influenced by old school disco along with some of the newer and hipper music styles but with it’s own twist. Watch out for the full length album “Party de Plaisir” dropping on January 27.
