“Felix Cartel” is from Vancouver, BC, Canada. I doubt if he’s ever even been to Paris. It’s not a rumor that he’s from Vancouver, it’s the truth. The people saying otherwise are either his friends, or him, trying to prolong his lie. Sorry Taelor, lying is wrong, I just had to weigh in on this.
