New Uffie

Two brand new Uffie tracks just surfaced on Le Internet. “First Love” is produced by Mr Oizo and sounds a bit different from the Uffie we know, “Brand New Car” is produced by Feadz and is a bit more old-school Uffie. “First Love” will be released on Ed Banger Records on June 19th.

    Juliet–

Sorry, you’re wrong. On “Believe,” Cher used an AutoTune set to maximum pitch follow, not a vocoder. The jumping around you hear on “First Love,” in the pitch is AutoTune (or whatever) jumping around trying to correct pitch.

A vocoder would have very little of her voice in it. Imagine “pop the glock” with the main vocal taken out. Big difference.

All the hate here is too much to take. I’m gonna put Debbie Gibson’s “Only in my Dreams” (Dream House Mix) on the cassette deck and return to my happy place.

I don’t care if this chick puts out the hottest tracks the world have ever seen, I’ll never be able to get over her fake ass personality

seriously, do we really want these pseudo britneys? Someone please put this annoying chick in a girl band so we can all ignore her.

[...] I’m without internet recently and when I connect myself once in a while it’s like ‘damn! I missing so much stuff!’ I got online for a bit longer today and (without going trough any of music-blogs) I found tones of exiting news. It seems that everybody get down to work and are / have just finished recording. Upcomming Uffie 12” is something really fresh. 7th Bestie Boys LP will be out on 25th of June and will be their first fully instrumental album, what I’m totally digging as I’m not that fan of their rap (2 new track are already available on their youtube). One of my favourite rappers- Prodigy of Mobb Deep has dropped new album, fully produced by The Alchemist which is kicking like in old times (before G-Unit period). Erykah Badu should be ready with her new LP too and in the meantime she is putting such joints (made together with Madlib). New Roisin Murphy will be produced by Seiji of Bugz In the Attic and Groove Armada and first song is already on herspace. There is new Kayne West radio rip online, ?uestlove is recording with Pharrell (!!!) and I’ve seen something new from J Rawls too. What is more, I haven’t heard yet new Unkle ‘Nights Temper EP? (which is prelude to his ful album ‘War Stories’), new Groove Armada disc, 4th Kitsune Maison, ‘Return of Magnificent’ DJ jazzy Jeff, 4th Guru Jazzmatazz (produced fully by his concert partner Solar)… I realy don’t want know what I’m missing in addition to it, I want my computer work again.
