Modeselektor

The german electroparty duo Modeselektor have been killing it for a few years now, in 2005 they released their sophomore album “Hello Mom” which had people going nuts. Then they followed that with a slew of remixes of tracks from the very same album along with some banging remix work for TTC, Ellen Allien etc etc. In 2007 they performed at Sonar in Barcelona and it was one of the most talked about sets of the festival. Now they’re getting ready to release a new album entitled “Happy Birthday” which is set to drop on September 9th. It’s a bit of a wait but we here at Discobelle thought you could enjoy this track that was released last year while you wait. This track is a semi-secret release that the guys did under their Fifty Weapons moniker, it blends the 50 Cent track “Just A Little Bit” with beats made by Dabrye and Ghislain Poirier.

Sincerely Yours has done it again with Jonas Game (he used to be in a swedish band called Bad Cash Quartet that some of you indiekids might remember). This track “New City Love” is already making a splash here and it’s bound to be a summerhit. To add to the fun it’s also been remixed by The Tough Alliance. Dirty South

It’s monday and we’re off to flying start with this amazing offering from Dirty South.

Dirty South from Australia is responsible for some of the top electro/dance/new wave disco remixes as of late. Last year, he remixed both the Depeche Mode track “Just Can’t Get Enough” and Fedde Le Grands “Put Your Hands Up For Detroit” thus creating havoc on dancefloors. This year, he’s been busy with remixes of the Mark Ronson “Stop Me” track along with remixes for Chris Lake and british electrorockers Spektrum. He also manages to do some solo work, the eight minute track “Let It Go” will be massive.
