Stack Paper

Born Wit It, B.O.B and DJ Toomp brings the goods with this one. Their latest track “Stack Paper Up” makes good use of sampling the old Verve hit “Bittersweet Symphony”. Benzi delivered once again and here’s what he had to say about it: “This joint has it all…DJ Toomp on the beat, Bittersweet Symphony sample, B.O.B. continuing to wreck shit. It don’t get no better.”

    it’s actually an an andrew loog oldham orchestra sample. although toomp probably resampled it off of the verve song.

    actually, i heard the verve had to pay the rolling stones an arm & a leg because the sample was taken from a stones song and because of the royalty issue, this song won’t see the radio. hopefully not the case.
