I got a message on Facebook (I never miss a chance to hype our Facebook group) from Sam Young were he tells me that he just won Best DJ at the London Club and Bar awards this year. The Black Ghosts (with Simon Lord from Simian and DJ Touche/Theo Keating from Wiseguys) returns with their US debut EP “Any Way You Choose To Give It” after a few sweet mixes. The single will be released stateside this week and features a slew of remixes from various producers. The kind people at IAMSOUND Records provided us with these two, first out is Boy 8 Bit that stays true to his name with a remix filled with videogame bleeps and sounds, then we have Playgroup that does a remix with B-more drums. This is good stuff and you should do some shopping.

Hi everybody!

This week I had the honors of helping out Discobelle with their “We got mail, and we need your help” thing.

I applied for it because I have been a frequent visitor for quite some time, and felt I had a pretty good feeling about what things should be picked. Plus, it would be cool to say “I wrote a post on Discobelle”.

I’m 20 years old, mostly into hiphop, indierock and electrohouse, so Discobelle has been a good place to visit. I live in Denmark in a city called Aalborg. Home of house-dj Noir, and the wellknown houseclub Cafe Vesteraa aka. V4. This weekend Deadmau5 was playing there. I have a space on Myspace, so feel free to stop by. Now for this weeks stuff. I must say, there was a lot, and Niklas from Discobelle asked if I could try and post less than the guy last week, so there won’t be as much as last time.

Nice electro-ish track with female vocals. Have never heard of Modernaire though. They also have Myspace.
