Xmas 2007, 5: Adam Tensta – They Wanna Know

Day five of our end of the year countdown and we are staying in Sweden. Today we give our props to Adam Tensta. He has been served with wicked beats and he is backing that up with some of this years finest lyrics. If we weren’t afraid of being called rapist we would stand here nodding our heads but instead we are dancing like crazy in the office.

Dudes, I’ve been enjoying Discobelle tunes and commentary for a long time now, and this whole appropriation of the word “rapist” to dis folks too lazy to dance just sucks. Not a word to throw around lightly and I’m not that pleased to see that Discobelle might be using it in heavy rotation from now on.

Can you perhaps think of something else to convey what you mean – something that isn’t connected to sexual violence?
