I'm sure when the epynonymous song became a hit in the early '90s, a lot of jokes were made, but I was merely 4 years old then, so I missed out on the fun. The place is still there, albeit closed, and with a new sign. I just found out while typing this that it was where they filmed Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time." Neat. Wikipedia tells me the song's named after Tom's Diner in Manhattan, aka the Seinfeld diner. Just throwin' that out there. I live about 2 minutes away from the diner in that picture!
