Alphabeat – Count & Sinden remix

Danish electropopsters Alphabeat seem to have gotten together some sweet remixers for their singles. Previously, the Radioclit remix of “Fantastic 6″ that was one of our favorite tracks last year and now they’re enjoying the remixing abilities from our favorite ghetto/fidget house pioneers, Count Of Monte Cristal and Sinden. This is in fact just an edit of the actual remix, the whole thing comes free with the single when you buy via text message for 99 pence.

Congorock mix

Congorock is on the verge of getting some serious and much deserved attention not unlike his countrymen in Crookers, The Bloody Beetroots, Pulling Teeth, 3 Is A Crowd who all seem to be part of a growing Italian community. It wasn’t too long ago that we received an e-mail from a humble italian asking us to put up one of his tracks and since then he’s gone on to work with among others fellow Milanese heavy hitters in The Bloody Beetroots and dj’ing with Goose etc. He will be a name to look out for in 2008. This is his latest mix (done in conjunction with Fridge Mag, Don’t Fuck About and Rocket Club) that’s bound to get the party started with its fine and selected blend of b-more and jacking fidget house.

Santogold vs. Scottie B

The capo di tutti capi of B-more, Scottie B, is back! Well, he’s been busy working with The Chavy Boys Of London EP and then he did a remix of M.I.A “Paper Planes” that’s pretty damn sick. Here, he turns his top notch skills and turns the track “Creator” by one of the most talked about artists last year – Santi White AKA Santogold – into a true club banger. We could play this all day, remix fits perfectly with Santos weird but cool vocals.

Zombie Disco Squad, new track + mix

A weekend spent dj’ing in northern Sweden. Umeå was beautiful and the peeps at Shape Up Club rocked, thanks!

Anyway, we’re back on the daily grind and what better way to wake up from that drudge than with this new bouncy house mix from one of our favorite dj/production teams – Zombie Disco Squad.
