Muscles – The Lake (video)

“Everyone’s favourite electronic connoisseur, Muscles, is venturing out of his lab of all things trance to hypnotise us once more. After melting the minds of dance-fiends everywhere, Muscles new offering ‘”The Lake”’ is a murky voyage through the best 90s daze-club throwdowns had to offer; an epic 6am tempest. The track is accompanied by an aesthetic masterpiece (also known as a music video) directed by Jaron Albertin, who encompasses Muscles’ poignant everything’s with a lesbian kiss, a pool party and a gas mask… No easy task!

“The Lake” will be released digitally and as a CD single in July with remixes coming courtesy of Kid Kenobi, White Williams and Jokers Of The Scene! Dive in people…”

    trance has never been good and muscles just makes it sound even more crowded with this onslaught of overdubbed vox

    if someone is gonna jack trance synths let it be li’l jon or timbaland

    the vocals in muscle’s tracks just hurt my ears and distract me even when listening through huge speakers from any possibility of trancing out… is muscles another case of bad music everyone loves? that might be a bit harsh but I can’t say the Lake is anything special…
