Diplo – Blow Your Head (DJ Eli remix) (updated)

Diplo is about to release his new EP “Blow Your Head” (will be out on Mad Decent on tuesday) and on this track another one of our favorite dj’s, Eli Escobar, joins in on the fun with his remix. Funky drums, repetetive vocals, handclaps, an old school disco feel and (since it’s basically a reworking of “Wassup Wassup”) keeping an excerpt of that track makes this a winner.

UPDATE: Apparently the previously posted version is not the correct one so scrap it and get this one instead.

    I’m a HUGE Eli fan, however this is atrocious. It sounds like a bad attempt at gay disco house.

    Really classic sound on this one. Kinda reminds me of golden-era Ninja Tunes stuff.
