Diplo – Blow Your Head (DJ Eli remix) (updated)

Diplo is about to release his new EP “Blow Your Head” (will be out on Mad Decent on tuesday) and on this track another one of our favorite dj’s, Eli Escobar, joins in on the fun with his remix. Funky drums, repetetive vocals, handclaps, an old school disco feel and (since it’s basically a reworking of “Wassup Wassup”) keeping an excerpt of that track makes this a winner.

UPDATE: Apparently the previously posted version is not the correct one so scrap it and get this one instead.

The Presets – Kicking And Screaming (Bang Gang’s E is for Edit)

Aussie crew The Bang Gang Deejays follow up their “Light Sound Dance” mixcd that came out last year with a double disc monster called “D Is For Disco, E Is For Dancing” (released on Modular).

To promote the release they’re offering up their take of the track “Kicking And Screaming” originally done by fellow Australian group The Presets. They try their hand on this with some added pizzazz and flair with among other things the occasional breakdown all while maintaining a pretty nasty synthline.

Miss Stakes

We got another track to leak from Swedish Form One‘s upcoming album. We were allowed to pick our favorite track from the album and we choose to give you this mellow jam. The beat is produced by Form One’s partner in crime Astma and the beat was supposed to be given to someone else but Form One convinced him to give it to him instead. That’s what friends are for.

Maurice Fulton x Red Bull Music Academy x Pig Mag mix

The awesome people over at one of the finest magazines in Europe, the crazy Italians at Pig Mag, just e-mailed us to let us know that they just posted this mix done by legendary house producer/dj Maurice Fulton. This is a perfect mix to get you into that weekend partymode, enjoy!

Home Sweet Home

The original track of “Home Sweet Home” is one of the tracks on Sophie Rimheden‘s new album “The Traveler”, but here she has another go at it. I guess that when you worked on a track for an album you probably had a million ideas on how to make the track perfect, so I like when we get to hear the other direction that the track could have gone.

Block Beattaz – Fairtilizer playlist/mix

The good people over at Fairtilizer hooked us up once more with some brilliant stuff. This time they gave us a playlist/mix done by production team Block Beattaz who are currently working with Mad Decent, Benzi and Paper Route Gangstaz. The first track on the playlist “Run Thingz” is, according to Stephan Fairtilizer, 100% exclusive.

Also, check out an interview with Block Beattaz here.

Caspa

We got an ill mix from dubstep champ Caspa that among other things features a dabble of Skream, a dash of partner in crime Rusko and also Caspa’s own remix of TC’s “Wheres My Money”.

“25 minutes of bad bassline ballistics to celebrate Dub Police’s Room 3 takeover at Fabric this Halloween; featuring sets from Caspa, Rusko, L-Wis, Cotti & Clue Kid, The Others, Rod Azlan and Crazy D.”

Frankmusik – 3 Little Words (Blackstrobe remix)

London, Thornton Heath to be more precise, producer/singer Frankmusik is on the verge of doing it big with the release of his smash take on 80′s electrodiscopop called “3 Little Words” (check the video here, the EP will be released on November 24th). Blackstrobe extends the track and adds more synth action, making us remember the days when “Italian Fireflies” ruled our world along with pretty much every dancefloor.
