Colin Munroe is the Toronto singer that first made a splash with his remix of Kanyeezys “Flashing Lights” then released the much anticipated mixtape “Colin Munroe Is The Unsung Hero”. On this “Piano Lessons” track he teams up with a fellow Canadian, namely Vancouvers very own reigning electro king Felix Cartal for a dancefloor stormer of a remix.

AC Slater – BanGer

Monday, March 30th, 2009

This is the second release on Party Like Us Records and it’s from one of the hottest on the scene. AC Slater dissappoints noone with his intense and hard hitting sound. This track has been around before but here it is in 320 goodness and to top it off a remix from Drop The Lime.

“Complete with deep wobbly bass, a face melting solo and robot voices, this blog favorite is finally receiving an official mastered release with 4 slamming remixes. Drop The Lime takes it straight to the dancefloor on his warped and rolling remix, with bonus fart sample. Baltimore superstar Tittsworth’s remix is deeper and heavier with an amazing mash of techno and bmore. Inhouse artist B. Rich fuses electro and dubstep influences together into a nuclear powered remix, and Clark Able brings the techno flavor with a driving builder of a remix.”

This is actually released today so pick up the full release with additional remixes from Tittsworth, B. Rich and Clark Able AK-47 at Beatport or Juno.

Tay Dizm (ft. T-Pain & Rick Ross) – Beam Me Up (Turnin’ Tricks Remix) (Sharebee)

“Turnin’ Tricks is a new production team consisting of Dev79 and Darrel Asbury. They made their debut last spring on Seclusiasis‘ “Street Bass Anthems Vol. 3” with the track “Blunt Niggas” and followed that up with a sub pummeling stepper for their remix of DZ’s Regulate, which came out March 9th on Slit Jockey Records . Look for more upcoming retricks and originals from this Philadelphia duo.”

Maximal Finckobot March – The Bird Is Back In Town

Monday, March 30th, 2009

Here is a sweet monday fix for y’all sitting infront of your laptops in some depressing office dreaming about the weekend that was. Jörg Finckbein aka Finckobot is one of the latest additions to the consortium known as GRINDIN. He runs the dope musicblog Brrrln, a weekly radio show on Sonett77 and if that wasen’t enough he tops it off with a DJ residency at the club Cockaigne at Scala, Berlin.

He put together a mix for his radioshow and it features old goldies aswell as some new tunes not many have had the pleasure of hearing before. This mix is on blast at the Discobelle HQ as we speak so press play and join the movement!

DJ Class (ft. Kanye West) – I’m The Ish

class

Here we go again! This track is getting bigger and bigger. Now we get almighty Kanye spitting on it and doesn’t he sound real fresh? I’m sad that DJ Class and Kanye didn’t get together over at SXSW to do this version live. Anyway mad love to Shawn C, Scottie B, Puja and the rest of the Unruly family for a fantastic party in Austin on saturday. Shit was bumping!!

Thanks to fellow Grinder Fiftyonefiftyone for the track.
