Bless Beats – Let It Go (Stockholm Syndrome Club mix)

We haven’t heard from Stockholm Syndrome in while but now they are back in full force. They tell me that we should expect big things from them in the future and they start right here with a remix of Bless Beats single ‘Let It Go’. Bless Beats is best known for creating Wiley¹s 2008 smash “Wearing My Rolex”. ‘Let It Go’ features Wiley, London based singer Remi Nicole and De La Soul legend Plug One. Scheduled for a May release.

Forget Me Not

Part Swedish, part American trio Thieves Like Us are now based in Paris and they’re about to give us their second album “Again And Again” (released by deBonton on May 7th). The first taste of the new album is the single “Forget Me Not” that comes backed with this mellow, excellent remix from Cécile (of Cécile & Venice fame).

Hovatron – Remix pack April 2010

Following an unwavering and some might say zealous appreciation for strong pop compositions, Montreal-based Hovatron offers his take on some contemporary classics of the realm of radio-friendly R&B. Late night secret society-related rituals (involving prolonged Father MC and Robert Owens listening sessions) and shrines to the gods of techno are only a few of the numerous production techniques employed here. This free binary-file package offering to the deities of electronic music continues the tradition of Turbo Crunk and its lineage of remixing and reinterpretation.
