While rehabing a soccerrelated injury to a ligament in my knee, i’ve been bumping the recently released Samo Sound Boy EP “Taking It All” (released by the lovely fellas in Palms Out Sounds with remixes from our very own future Discobelle Records artists Brenmar and LOL Boys along with Melé) pretty hard. The release oozes of quality tracks that are meant to be dropped at a packed club, like the track “Five” (grab below) while you step back and watch madness ensue as the tribalistic synthdriven track makes its way across the sweaty dancefloor.

Tiedye Mix For Wood Wood

Gothenburg balearic production/dj duo Tiedye recently did this sparkling mix for premier Danish streetwear label Wood Wood and their Muzak mix series, this is a perfect companion here at Discobelle HQ this saturday.

“Anton and his buddy Edvin make up Tiedye of Gothenburg, Sweden. When not chilling in the Swedish woods, having fun behind the decks or remixing other people’s songs, they perform as an actual band with live instruments. Their DJ sets often incorporate cosmic, balearic, italo and other weird disco stuff – but with a distinct Nordic sound. Tiedye have previously released music on the labels Rong, DFA and Italians Do It Better.”
