With the abundance of music being released, it’s often difficult for emerging artists to stand out however this was not the case for alternative R&B artist Cautious Clay, who writes, sings & produces all his own tracks!

This gem that pays tribute to renowned Joshua Tree was shared with me by one of my best friends and it’s been on repeat ever since.

Kendl – Tide

Oct 26 2017

With a brand new EP itching to be released and a fresh Discobelle Mix, Kendl returns with a new sonic masterpiece, “Tide”. With his impeccable sound design and luxurious mesh of r&b and downtempo electronic elements, Kendl has established himself as a master of chilled out beats.

French producer Dombresky, releases “Call 909” in collaboration with UK producer Samaran on Confession, Tchami’s label. This marks a new direction for the Parisian artist, as his signature house sound matures into UK house, garage territory.

Young Parisian producer Khamsin’s cinematic remix of Noah Cyrus and XXXTENTACION’s controversial collaboration “Again” adds depth through spacious layers of texture creating an atmospheric bed for Noah and XXX’s vocals to lay.

FXXXXY – SZA

Oct 12 2017

Coming off his critcally acclaimed EP Flawless Shawty, Dallas based producer/songwriter FXXXXY makes his Discobelle debut with “SZA,” a downtempo R&B ‘baby making’ jam, which serves as an ode to the R&B queen.

Brisbane duo OKBADLANDS returns to the scene and with a new, freshly polished sound. For their latest EP Tiny Measures, the girls recruited enigmatic producer Golden Vessel. The stand out track is undeniabley “Mineral,” a smooth mesh of high energy but downtempo alternative indie pop.

LA-based producer and musician Cosmic Quest has made it onto our radar with his latest release, “Air Oasis,” a celestial collaboration with Vaughn Trace and Virginia Palms, dripping in soothing guitar riffs with handmade synths for a listening experience that feels like you’ve ascended into space.

Sevdaliza is one of my favorite artists- her spellbinding lyrics and vocals paired with unmistakable lush production fills the lack of intimacy void that has been an obvious problem in modern music. This time she returns with “Mad Woman,” a heart wrenching cluster of emotions dressed as an R&B ballad.
