After travelling to Lisbon, New York, São Paulo, Cape Town, and Amsterdam, and working with 20+ collaborators including Mr.Carmack, DJ Sliink, Princess Nokia, Capadose, and more, co-founder of legendary global bass music phenomena Buraka Som Sistema – Branko – has made his solo debut with the fantastic fulllength album “Atlas”. Branko arrives at Output in New York on Wednesday September 30th for a special label night, Enchufada x Que Bajo?!, with Dengue Dengue Dengue, Geko Jones, and Uproot Andy.

One lucky winner will receive two tickets for the event, just answer this simple question and you’ll be in the draw: What’s the name of the video series that Branko did together with Red Bull for the release of the album? Send your answers to: holla@discobelle.net before 1PM CET on September 30th.

Branko should be considered a staple here at Discobelle, the Buraka Som Sistema dj/producer and Enchufada head honcho will drop his debut solo album “ATLAS” on September 4th – the album is the result of a musical pilgrimage across 3 continents, collaborating with 20+ artists at the Red Bull Studios in Amsterdam, Cape Town, New York, Lisbon and São Paulo.

Another track off the album surfaced yesterday via The Boiler Room, “Louca” is minimal banger that sounds like baile funk meets grime.

Mash Up International is one of the hardest working dj/production crews in Europe, consisting of Robert Dinero, Uffie Ice and Money Mats, the trio have been bringing their super infectious and party driven global bass sound with influences from dancehall, kuduro, soca, cumbia etc. to the masses since 2010. They’ve racked up remixes for some top names both in Sweden and abroad so we’re of course very happy that they wanted to release an exclusive mix that includes an unreleased jam that they’ve done with Danish vocalist Mø and a slew of brand new remixes for us here at Discobelle just in time for the start of what’s hopefully gonna be a hot summer.

Press play, stand back and get ready!
