Detroit-born but now Brooklyn-based rapper Bberlay (nee Bryanna Berlay) draws inspiration from the likes of Kreayshawn and Amanda Blank, club music and unusual electronic rhythms.

We here at Discobelle can premiere “BRASSY”, her first single and eye-popping music video debut on which we get a nonchalant rap style over a minimalistic, b-more handclap infused banger produced by Baltimore legend Mighty Mark. She’s also gearing up for the release of a full-length mixtape which is sure to turn heads.

Both London based producer/dj Hervé and KC Lights have been featured on Discobelle in the past. Hervé is about to release bass heavy, club thumping new single “My Love” which features Baltimore rapper Phizzals and is taken off his brilliant album “Hallucinated Surf” (released earlier this year via Skint Records).

The remix package for the single features this lovely remix by KC Lights who turns up with a glitchy house reworking.

Happy Friday, friends (!), we’ve got a fantastic remix to show all of you today, and trust us, this will be the perfect piece to kick off your weekend. The original version by the talented turntablist turned producer and the equally legendary TT the Artist was a bass heavy party anthem. The remixed version by Gun$ Garcia adds a melody to the entire piece while still keeping the energy of the original alive. Both versions are fantastic for the weekend ahead, and we’ll be playing both, along with the entire remix EP, this entire weekend under the warm sun. These party-ready songs only prove that summer is a stones throw ahead.

The entire EP is out today via iTunes.

Italian producer Natlek is finally ready to release his much anticipated full length album “Graduation Burnout” via Lucky Beard on Monday May 16th and it’s a stunner of an album that blends raw grooves, gritty stabs, futuristic beats and infectious vocal samples into 13 tracks of pure, club orientated gold. Remix packages will be released in the coming months so prepare for 2016 to be the year when people are dancing to Natlek.

We at Discobelle are able to premiere the stuttering and twisting b-more influenced banger of a track “Hand Brake” (featuring BS1).

To highlight the premiere and the release of the album we also got an exclusive and seriously booming mix from Natlek.
