German producers/dj’s Jens Moelle and Ismail Tufekci are better known as indie dance/electro duo Digitalism. Today they release brand new and huge sounding single “Glow” which is filled to the brink with crunchy synths and pleading vocals. The single serves as the prelude to the September 13th release of their new EP “PR15M”.
“Glow” is aimed at the dance floor and the duo describes the track best:
“It’s been a while since we’ve been dancing together — so put on your shoes, we’re going out! “Glow” turned out to be so loud after mastering that we had to dial it back down a bit. Best enjoyed on a big PA”.
“Head Up High” drops on August 6th and it’s a driven house number of chunky basslines complete with a soulful vocal sample from legendary singer Inaya Day and booming snares. We’re pretty certain this jam will be played at plenty of festivals during the late summer.
CUCO is according to the Urban dictionary, a mythical ghost monster but Omar Banos out of Los Angeles is far from a monster, he is instead a 19-year old Mexican-American artist who has been making serious waves with his bedroom produced dreamy pop/r’n’b/hip hop sound.
