Today is a Monday, and while normally that would make us pretty sad, we’re actually really excited because we’re premiering the newest track by D-DOTs called “Gyal is Dead.” The track is perfect for this Monday (and really any other day because it’s just straight up insanity), and with early support from Diplo, Baauer, and Anna Lunoe, this is not one to miss. The video itself was directed by D-DOTs and is a marvel of its own.

Listen to the track below and watch the video above!

We took a little break from scouring the corners of the internet to face the desert resort town that is Palm Springs. Admittedly, we music writers prefer prowling out to dark clubs when the moon is full instead of spending two full days under the sun, but we fell in love with the friendly people, great vibes, and stunning sets. Although we loved every act that was playing, there were some really great performances from a spectacular few. Check out our favorite DJ’s from the weekend, and let us know who you enjoyed!

Anna Lunoe does it again with a brand new hard-hitting techno bomb appropriately named “Bass Drum Dealer (B.D.D). Like most of Anna’s tracks this tune is a well crafted dance floor killer complete with her silky smooth vocal work and infectious lyrics. Released on the Nest the song is available for free download, it doesn’t get much better than that.

Kelly Dean who normally produces dubstep on Smog Records but on this remix of the Anna Lunoe fronted track “Time Drips” (off the upcoming Win Music release “Sharp Cuts Remixed EP”) from L.A based producer Eric Sharp he flips his style and instead does a pumping, deep house sounding version that’s fills out the room yet gives Anna Lunoes warm vocals plenty of space. Stream below or grab it as a free download via Facebook.
