No, it’s not us in the picture

Since we are out travelling a lot these days we thought we set up a tour blog so that you can follow us when we go to different places and the people we meet. It will be a lot of pictures and some writing on what we do. We probably also will do some interviews with some of the people we meet.

So, what better way to kick it of then when we are flying to Rio, Brazil. Me and Kristian will be there for the weekend to attend the Bacardi B-Live event with Groove Armada, Cicada och The Twelves.

Go to the tour blog for the latest on our adventures.

Metronomy - Mad Decent remix

British trio Metronomy are on the verge of releasing their second album “Nights Out” and they also have a bunch of other projects in the works. One of them is their involvement with the BAT Project, which is done in collaboration with Bacardi. The first release is “A Thing For Me” by Metronomy who contributed a track with the same name to a film commissioned by Bacardi to coincide with an event in Miami. The film was directed by Nima Nourizadeh (Flight Of The Conchords, Hot Chip, CSS) and it’s accompanied by remixes of the track from Mad Decent, Fontän, Friend and Breakbot.

The Mad Decent peeps gives the original version a shuffling, hazy sound that makes it kind of hard to dance to but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
