Made up of Jerome LOL and Samo Sound Boy, DJDS (formally DJ Dodge Stadium) is quintessentially LA. Known for unique ecstatic forms of house and techno, the Body High label heads don’t disappoint with their latest offering “I Don’t Love You.” The track combines tender harmonies and an almost euphoric buildup to create equal parts elegance and camp.
Their new album Stand Up and Speak will be out everywhere January 29th via Loma Vista, until then you can stream “I Don’t Love You” below.

FYF is quickly approaching, and us here in LA (we’re Lauren and Kristi btw, hi!) have a serious case of butterflies. FYF has always prided itself on it’s eclectic lineup, spanning across genres seamlessly while featuring up-and-comers and seasoned vets alike. This year is no different, so we’ve rounded up some artists that we’re most excited to see this year and also when and where to catch them! Check out the list after the jump.
This week Samo Sound Boy shared his debut full-length effort “Begging Please”, a collection of ten soul driven tracks including our current favorite “What Can I Do.” The track feels very cinematic, with repetitive vocals and soaring synths. Catch Samo Sound Boy on tour at the dates below.
