Here’s some perfect spring fare from Stockholm’s I Break Horses. Static filled shoegaze dance pop for driving across the country early in the morning, and maybe for driving across the country all night once the Tom Rowlands (of Chemical Brothers) remix follows soon.

First one is the new Galaxy Birthday re-edit by Plaisir de France. A French duet that’s featured on the “Seriously, Eric?” compilation. It has never been released and it will be on the first Plaisir de France album (which will feature artists like Chromeo, Etienne Daho, The Postmarks, Tiga, Blackstrobe etc.). The other track is taken off the new Black Devil Disco Club re-edit album called “Dub”. Black Devil Disco Club is a french disco master, now aged 64, sampled by the Chemical Brothers, re-issued by Aphex Twin, remixed by Pilooski/Metronomy/Emperor Machine/Tacteel…This track has never been released and his new album is coming out on Lo Rec (June 14th).

British vocalist Ali Love is about to release his new italo disco inspired single “Diminishing Returns” as digital download/12″ vinyl on Back Yard on November 16th.
