Xibaba

Malmö producer Joel Carlsson, better known as Joelito gives us a sweatinducing banger with his kuduroesque and handclapfilled remix of the new Boogaloo single track “Xibaba”. The production duo known as Boogaloo has Portuguese roots, their first release “Mkwaju” came out on Moveltraxx a while ago and they now return with the 4 track EP “La Digue” on Austrian label Big’N’Hairy. Other remixes comes from So Shifty, Big Dope P, Cocotaxi, Tipanic, Daniel Klauser etc.

Toffer – Nattbuss (Cocotaxi Remix)

Our friends in The Soul Lounge (best hip hop blog in Sweden) started their own label Soul Lounge Records and today we get the inaugural release “Nattbuss” which also happens to be the first official single from Swedish rapper Toffer. Toffer has via numerous mixtapes and collaborations built up a momentum here in Sweden and “Nattbuss” is produced by acclaimed duo Up2NoGood who have previously worked with Swedish artists Newkid and Simon Emanuel. The single also contains huge remixes from Marcus Price, Denniz Prime & Howard Who. It’s avaliable now on Spotify and iTunes so listen and buy!

In connection with the release we get a slew of bonus remixes from the likes of L-Wiz (grab it over at All Out Dubstep), Daniel Savio (can be found at PSL), DJ Large (available at Kingsize Magazine) and we here at Discobelle can present you with a bootyshaking remix from Stockholm global bass marauders Cocotaxi.

Toffer, is an up-and-coming rapper from Haninge, Sweden. On the new “Hur Går det Med Musiken? Remix Mixtape” Toffer invites friends like Marcus Price, UMYO, Denniz Prime, Cocotaxi among others to remix the tunes from his last mixtape “Hur Går det Med Musiken?”. Toffer is now working on the third volume 3 of “Hur Går det Med Musiken?” and is also finding time to do some new things together with Marcus Price and Sexfemman.
