The always amazing Krazy Fiesta just had remixes featured on two top class records, the first one was on the Kompakt released “Skate Attack” single by Norwegian disco prince + princess Skatebård/Annie and the second one on the “Street Jizz EP” from Kansas City group Ssion. We got another remix competition for you. A1 Bassline are about to release their “Girl Thing” EP on Meal Deal Records next week. They’re inviting people to email them with their own remixes of the lead track, so get cracking then send your efforts here.

So, today is my birthday and what better way to celebrate than to provide all you faithful Discobelle readers and producers/dj’s with a competition.

French demon producer Don Rimini just released his “Kick N Run EP” on which the stormer of a track “Hools” is included. In collaboration with Darling Department and Mental Groove Records we give you the parts to the track and hope you’ll remix the hell out of them. We’ve got Don Rimini t-shirt and records for the lucky winners.

We were sent the accapella for Roots Manuva’s “Buff Nuff” the other day and thought that it might be a fun thing do some kind of competition with it. We asked the good folks over at Big Dada if they had something they could give away to the one person that turns in the most wicked remix of the track.

So one winner will get a signed package of all three album releases; LTD 2CD, double vinyl and standard CD.

So if you are a Roots Manuva fan, download the accapella (direct link), remix it and then upload it to our Dropbox. Don’t forget to write an introduction and your email.

We get a lot of promos sent to us, so much that there is no way in hell that we are going to have time to listen to it all. So we have put all the crap we’ve been sent in bag that we will send to one of you. It’s not all crap, in fact most of it is great music but we don’t need it.

What you have to do to get this bag with over 50 cd’s is to make a video of yourself explaining why you should get it and upload it to some video site (YouTube or something) and then send us the link. We have also thrown in some Familjen “Huvudet i sanden” remix cds to make it even better.
