The long anticipated debut of Mixhell just dropped. Newly married Igor Cavalera (Ex-Sepultura) and Laima Leyton drops a baile influenced clubgroove with guest vocals from Oh Snap! and Jen Lasher of Baltimore. The vinyl release on top Finnish label New Judas features remixes from Crookers, Les Petits Pilous and Edu K. You can get the release on 12″ from Juno and Phonica

The Sweat It Out crew have been busy lately with a slew of hot releases. Here’s comes their latest effort which is from Sydney two piece Act Yo Age, it’s called “Lucky 13″ (drops next week) and comes backed with a remix of their previous release “The Flash” from our old friends in Scuola Furano.
“With the innocence of a Columbian drug lord, the smile of a brazilian girl working the famous Help club in Copacabana and the gangsta of a young Biggie, comes “Lucky 13″, Act Yo Age’s finest moment – Lucky 13. Girlcore will takeover Le Baron in Paris tonight, we’re expecting that fun times will ensue. If you haven’t heard of them before, Girlcore is a London-based all-girl DJ/party collective consisting of among others Isa GT, Naomi//, Nadia Ksaiba and Bisoux Bisoux. They put on a monthly night at Catch in London (previous guests include Little Boots, Heidi (Phonica/Get Physical), JoJo De Freq, Bonde Do Role & Annie Mac) and they hold down a residency at the Solyanka Club in Moscow + they have a ton of exciting projects in the pipeline.

The new digital only album “Prince Umberto And The Sister Of Ill” by Australian brother-sister duo The Bumblebeez came out yesterday in the US (it was recorded and produced by James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco fame). (You can stream the full album over at RCRD LBL).
The fine people over at Modular brought out the big guns in the form of Crookers, Herve and Etienne De Crecy to remix the single “Rio”. We got the Etienne De Crecy remix and it’s a techhousey take on the electropop party feeling of the original version.

Alberto of the Don’t Fuck About crew in Milan tipped us off about this up and coming italian producer. His Majesty Andre is part of the growing fidget/electro/house movement in Italy that also contains already well known names such as The Bloody Beetroots, Crookers, 3 Is A Crowd, Pulling Teeth, Congorock etc etc. These two original tracks + a Zoot Woman remix shows off his flawless technique and his various production style.
