Lazy Flow – Jet-Lag EP

Parisian producer Lazy Flow is back with his “Jet-Lag EP”, the EP is a collection of 4 previously unreleased tracks around the theme of house music with a “worldwide” flavor and it’s supported by a veritable armada of remixes from the likes of Martelo, Dj Sliink, Slap In The Bass, Big Dope P, Erick Rincon, Boogaloo, Kill Light and Djago. This release can be seen as a prelude to the debut album from Lazy Flow which will be released by Sony Music and Moveltraxx in 2013.

We here at Discobelle are proud to present the exclusive premiere of the track “Helios” which is rhytmic percussionbased Arabic influenced burner.

3Ball MTY

Erick Rincon, Sheeqo Beat and DJ Otto are well known on their own but they also form Monterrey super group 3Ball MTY. They just won a Latin Grammy as “Best New Artist” and longtime supporters Man Recordings decided to celebrate by giving away the Erick Rincon remix of Daniel Haaksman´s track “Hands Up” which is one beast of a number when it comes to dragging you up to the dancefloor.

BONUS: Check out the Sheeqo Beat remix of the PSY super hit “Gang Nam Style”:

The Backbone Of My 3ball Experience

A Discobelle exclusive in the form of a mix coming from young Monterrey dj/producer Erick Rincon who in just a couple of years have becoming known across the globe for his involvement in the tribal guarachero/3Ball MTY movement.

“This set represent the Backbone of my engagement of myself with the Genre known as Tribal Guarachero. In the beginning my main influences; tracks that make me want to mix, do and produce Tribal, tracks that i discover during 2005 – 2008 with some of them been more close to the Pre-Hispanic Folk Sounds that made the first wave of Tribal. During the Mix you will feel and listen the way the genre evolves little by little, arriving to what we are listening now; the evolution of Tribal Guarachero and the more dramatic and powerful “BRAVEADO” style that made the 3ballMTY Global Awareness. This is just a taste of what we are and where we come from.”

Man FM 008 – 3Ball MTY Crew

The winter here in Southern Sweden has turned from a blinding white into a drab grey with a touch of fog, it feels like we haven’t seen the sun for months so it’s a good thing that we get a mix like this one to cheer us up. This 1 1/2 hour exclusive and bouncing mix comes courtesy of the Man Recordings podcast series and features three young 3Ball MTY production wizards, more specifically Erick Rincon, DJ Otto and Sheeqo Beat along with their mentor Toy Selectah. Monterey and Mexico taking over.

Erick Rincon

Daniel Haaksman just posted this Erick Rincon mix over at the Man Recordings blog and here’s what he had to say:

“Though 2010 is not over yet, it´s clear what music style has inspired me the most this year: Tribal Guarachero from Monterrey. Any party I played recently, it was the Guarachero tracks that murdered the dancefloor. Though the shuffle groove of Monterrey´s DJ kids is not an easy task for the average 4/4 dancer, there´s no escaping when the thundering “Cumbia-Schranz” (an analogy to die-hard-German-rave music) is banged out. Check Erick Rincons latest mixtape to feel what I mean, including Erick Rincon´s Guarachero reworks of Drop The Lime´s “Sex Sax” and Schlachthofbronx´s “Mad Instrument”. The mix is courtesy of Nrmal and their Adiós Gilipollas Podcasts.”

Perfect way to start off a monday morning.

Fraudian Slip single cover artwork

Fraudian Slip

Summer has turned to autumn here in Sweden but thanks to the debut release on the Ghetto Bassquake label by A.J. Holmes & The Hackney Empire “Fraudian Slip” (full digital release on September 24th with a limited edition vinyl single to follow), we’re able to prolong it for just a little while. The sundrenched party track was produced by London based Swedish/French duo Radioclit and here we give you the first official remix from tribal guarachero hero Erick Rincon who absolutely smashes this one out of the park.

3Ball – MTY EP

Do not sleep on this one!

Toy Selectah is at it again and this time he worked with this amazing group of young producers from Mexico to put together this free EP. Tribalhouse or guarachero is fun, agressive percussion driven bass music ready to destroy dancefloors. The Tribal Guarachero Crew from Monterrey in Mexico are Erick Rincon, Sheeqo Beat and DJ Otto. And they are producers that you wanna remember.

3ballMTY EP – 2010 (Mediafire)

Thanks to fellow Grinder Paul Devro over at Mad Decent for putting up the original post.

You should also head over to Mad Decent and Generation Bass for two more free tracks!

BTW: Toy Selectah is playing in Malmö this friday @ Hedmanska gården. And its free! Host for the night is the DJ collective La Onda.
