Here’s a Sharkslayer song that’s been tearing it up for a minute from behind computer screens of DJs closely knit to Top Billin. Pushups, seen here performing at Green Room Sessions in Malmö, is one of two dudes responsible for what you’re hearing. The track is called “Dwarfs” and is a remix lifted from Malente & Jay Robinson’s EP, which is out in the next couple of days on Southern Fried! Go get some.

This track has previously only been spun by Top Billin affiliates but Nenis is currently in the studio remixing the song for a release in a radio friendly vocal version.

For this weeks big party we have invited artist collective Monorex to collaborate on the “Walk-in Club Art” at the Malmö leg of Green Room Sessions on Wednesday. Tickets are available for free here!

Monorex is originally from Shoreditch in London and was at the start mainly a group of graffiti and street artists wanting to expand their artistic avenues. Five years on and what was basically a group of friends making art has grown into a global network and a full-fledged creative agency.

The Monorex team are also behind the very successful and award winning illustration battle concept Secret Wars – basically the ultimate fighting of the art world!

The future looks bright for this new breed of illustrators with exciting collabos in the pipeline, big clients cueing up and offices in NYC and Tokyo soon to be added to the already existing ones in London, Melbourne, Copenhagen and Malmö.
