Crankdat‘s been creeping up on my radar as he continues to impress with his high-octane remixes. His latest work is no different, as he takes on arguably my favorite track of the past year in Gryffin and Illenium’sFeel Good,” featuring Daya. The young songstress is pure joy to listen to – her tone and control ranks up there with the best. With this quartet of talented artists on one track together, was there any doubt that this remix would come out incredible? I think not.

Not too familiar with singer/songwriter Sigrid, but have to admit that Gryffin has become one of my favorite rising producers over the course of the past year or so. His remix of Sigrid’s “Don’t Kill My Vibe” contains all the nuances and elements that fans like myself have come to love and appreciate about his music – luscious synth patterns paired with stellar vocals, uplifting chord progressions, and clean, technical production. Check it out below!

Illenium. Gryffin. Daya. What a trio. This trifecta of artists bring such a diverse array of talent to the table that it’s almost inevitable how incredible this song turned out. They’re all so individually great at what they do but they’ve hit that harmonious sweet spot with their newest single, “Feel Good.”  Do yourself a huge favor and make this your soundtrack for the week. Spotify’s got the plug.

Frankfurt dj/producer Jonas Hahn releases his debut remix and it’s an soulful blend of indie/pop and house for the shimmering, neon lit pop single “Fucked Up Summer” from Nashville based artist LUKR, Jonas is taking inspiration from the likes of The Chainsmokers, Gryffin and Martin Garrix trying to create a sound combining strong songwriting skills with electronic dance music.

It’s been an unnecessarily busy week over here for me, and I’m sure that many of my fellow Discobelle writers and readers are also feeling the same wearing down feeling right as we slide into Tuesday. Luckily, happy music can get us back onto our happy attitude, and artist Gryffin is doing just that for us. With the help of Josef Salvat, we’re feeling positivity all around, and helping us from crashing on this Tuesday.
