We’re in Berlin and it’s almost time for the Awesome Halloween Party at Villa where we’ll play with among others Hot Pink Delorean, Dumme Jungs, Rampa, Empro, also Sarah Walker, Santé & Re.U will be performing live.

Boston trio Hot Pink Delorean has been featured numerous times here on Discobelle. This is their fun-filled remix of “Casual Satisfaction” which is taken off the upcoming Totally Michael record that will be released by IHEARTCOMIX on October 14th. Here’s a little blurb about the track:

“Hot Pink Delorean totally went a new direction with this one. I wasn’t expected what they gave me, but the end product reminds me a lot of “Fight For You Right To Party” by the Beastie Boys, which is kind of good in a real cheesy way. It’s big and it rocks and people love saying ‘Dick Erect’ and ‘Pussy Wet’, it’s hilarious. The big rock breakdown in the middle is real fun too.”

I don’t know what I think about this… It’s a little to much for me and sometimes it reminds me of Electric Six and that’s not all good. But then again, I have always been weak for that “Gay Bar” track, I used to be a Faith No More fan back in the day, and this is a Hot Pink Delorean Remix so it has to go up.

The Glass just released the “Mad At You” single this week, it features remixes by Hot Pink Delorean, Arveene & Misk, Supertroels + a 12″ extended mix. The boys also just hit us off with another one of their fine mixes to promote their upcoming gigs this weekend in Europe. Bostons own Hot Pink Delorean brings us a slow electroburner of a remix that starts out dark and moody and then picks up towards the end.
