Electro outfit Designer Drugs have steadily been cranking out quality tracks and remixes for quite some time now. Iheartcomix picked up on the hype surrounding the duo and here’s the debut single “Zombies!/Back Up In This” (it was released on April 14th). The vinyl version will be released in Europe only but the digital version can of course be found at your favorite online shop. This one packs quite a punch with remixes from Bird Peterson, Nadastrom, Don Rimini and on the digital release additional remixes courtesy of Michael Meds, Nrotb and B. Rich.

Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom provides us with yet another of their top notch bangers, built up around the “Back Up In This” vocal sample and handclaps it manages to be dark and quite menacing but also a bit on the funky tip. Wait for those ravey synths!

The Flosstradamus boys have been sort of quiet for the last couple of months but it looks like they finally started churning out some tracks. This is a partied up remix of the Totally Michael track “Casual Satisfaction” which also features the legendary general of juke DJ Gantman.

Boston trio Hot Pink Delorean has been featured numerous times here on Discobelle. This is their fun-filled remix of “Casual Satisfaction” which is taken off the upcoming Totally Michael record that will be released by IHEARTCOMIX on October 14th. Here’s a little blurb about the track:

“Hot Pink Delorean totally went a new direction with this one. I wasn’t expected what they gave me, but the end product reminds me a lot of “Fight For You Right To Party” by the Beastie Boys, which is kind of good in a real cheesy way. It’s big and it rocks and people love saying ‘Dick Erect’ and ‘Pussy Wet’, it’s hilarious. The big rock breakdown in the middle is real fun too.”

J2K and Autobot AKA Chi-town duo Flosstradamus are back after a brief hiatus. Their recent remix of Jokers Of The Scene track “Y’All Know The Name” is a ravey monster and here they beef up the Heartsrevolution track “CYOA” (the EP will be released on April 15th by IHEARTCOMIX Records and features remixes from among others Brodinski, Lazaro Casanova and CFCF).
