Beyonce x Jack Beats – Countdown (Top Billin party edit)

Our brothers from another mother in premier Helsinki crew Top Billin just unleashed this monster of a party edit. Beyoncé’s new single “Countdown” received the remix touch from Jack Beats but the Top Billin fellas decided this wasn’t enough so they polished it up a notch in order for it to pop off proper.

Our fourteenth installment of the Mishka Keep Watch Mix Series comes to you courtesy of the undisputed wobble champions, Jack Beats. A mix jam-packed of exclusive unreleased edits, re-edits and remixes by the London based duo that have been touring non-stop over the past year. Fake Blood had one of the biggest dancefloor tracks of 2008 with “Mars” and now it comes packed with a remix EP on Cheap Thrills next week. The EP contains remixes from Hervé, Jack Beats, Style of Eye & Boy 8 Bit. This techhousey number from Style Of Eye hints at the original but still maintains a vibe entirely on its own. Bok Bok , who organize the club night Night Slugs and the blog Lover End Spasm, enjoyed the intro so much that he turned it into a song of its own.

This wobbly bass and jacking housefilled remix of Steed Lord track “It’s What U Do 2 Me” done by London producer and Cheap Thrills affiliate Jack Beats has already made the rounds but since it’s pretty much essential, we decided to drop it here on Discobelle aswell. AC Slater – Jack Got Jacked

This dropped friday but we’ve been mad busy here at the Discobelle office. Anyway, here’s one of our favorite tracks right now – “Jack Got Jacked” done by our homie AC Slater (released by the awesome people over at Palms Out) – and we’re not the only ones that like it since it’s been blowing up the blogs and also managed to go straight to the #1 spot on the Juno chart. This is one huge track where AC samples the vocals from classic house track “Can You Feel It? (Jack Had A Groove)” by Fingers Inc but flips it into a modern day wobbly bass ridden dancefloor monster.

Boy 8 Bit (Jack Beats remix)

Boy 8 Bit is on a roll, after a series of mindblowing remixes for among others The Black Ghosts, Burial, South Rakkas Crew as well as some exceptional original tracks, he just released the “Fog bank EP”. The original track is a blend of dubstep with some b-more and what almost sounds like elements from the soundtrack to a horror movie. Thanks to Patrick over at Trouble & Bass we bring you the Jack Beats remix, who turn it up a notch and goes into a more fidgety harsher direction with a sinister break and a wobbly bassline.
