Dutch producer Sam Feldt has previously mixed tracks for the likes of Banks, Mumford and Sons, and Clean Bandit but today steps out into the solo spotlight with a new original single. “Hot Skin” is tropical house done right. The genre has been around for a while but has recently exploded due to Kygo’s rising popularity in the mainstream, which has led to many up-and-coming producers trying to emulate the sound, though not successfully. “Hot Skin,” however, is a different story. Incorporating deep house beats and Kav Verhouzer’s soulful vocals, “Hot Skin” perfectly captures the spirit of the summer with excellent production to boot.
