We Have Band - Oh! (video + remix)
Friday, November 7th, 2008London trio We Have Band is the latest signing to French label Kitsuné, they’ve already been featured on the Kitsuné Maison 6 compilation CD. Their sound has been described as “spastic bass heavy discorock” and if Devo was formed on today’s music climate then they would probably sound something like this. This remix from Paris outfit Gentlemen Drivers of their debut single “Oh!” (released on November 24th on 50 Bones Records) decreases the level of spasticness but instead gives it more of a quirky and bleepy disco sound with repetetive talky vocals.

Fischerspooner (DIM remix)
Saturday, April 19th, 2008
Electroclash duo Fischerspooner returns to the scene with new single “Danse en France” that was just released on Kitsuné. We received this remix done up by the German techno destroyers in DIM on which they give the track some fresh flavour with a nasty pounding fuzzy beat, some video game sounds, a nice little breakdown all while keeping the original vocals but chopping them up for the dancefloor.
