We missed posting this the other day but now after the weekend madness, it’s about time we get it up. New track “The More That I Do” from Swedish techno producer The Field (AKA Axel Willner), it’s first single off his upcoming album “Yesterday And Today” which will be out May 18th on Kompakt. Techy and pulsating but with a warm sound which gives us a summery feeling.
The always amazing Krazy Fiesta just had remixes featured on two top class records, the first one was on the Kompakt released “Skate Attack” single by Norwegian disco prince + princess Skatebård/Annie and the second one on the “Street Jizz EP” from Kansas City group Ssion. Now one lucky winner will walk away with both of these singles, just e-mail us the answer to this question: What African city did Krazy Fiesta-Johan just live in for 6 months?
This track is not brand new but we’re posting it because swedish techno outfit Pluxus recently penned a deal with Kompakt which means that their 2006 album “Solid State” will hopefully see some new life. “Kinoton” is taken from said album (released today) and is a shuffling, drumdriven and suggestive piece of minimal technopop.
