From London To Paris

The track “United Groove” from L-Vis 1990 was a big one last year, now Mad Decent hands us a couple of remixes and voila, Kingdom makes the track even bigger with his twisting and turning remix.

BONUS: First release on the Night Slugs label (run by Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990) is the “Square One” EP from Mosca. This amazing release will drop on January 25th and comes packed with remixes from Roska, Julio Bashmore + L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok themselves. Here’s the Greena remix and it’s spectacular.

Bok Bok grime mix

Fellow Grinder and London based bass demon Bok Bok is one half of Night Slugs (together with L-Vis 1990, watch out for the first release from Mosca on their newly started label with the same name). He gives us a mix done for the fellas over at Let’s Mix (the mix section of Pacemaker) with a fine selection of some of the best grime this side of the millenium.

Green Room Sessions 2009 Malmö episode 1

The fantastic music in the background is from the track “Hide” produced by mighty L-Vis 1990. It’s taken from the “Night Slugs EP” released by Dress 2 Sweat (Numbers). Cop it on Beatport asap!

I Love London

We’ve had a thing for Crystal Fighters since the “Xtatic Truth” single (and especially the stunning Renaissance Man and L-Vis 1990 remixes), the new single dropping today from the multinational five piece is called “I Love London” and it has done the rounds on the internet already so we guess Kitsuné wanted to drop it while it was hot. Remixers galore on this one with offerings from In Flagranti (get it at RCRD LBL), Qoso, Lorcan Mak, 80 Kidz (can be found over at Big Stereo), Delta Heavy, Matt Walsh & Alex Jones, and Brackles. The remix we have for you strangely enough didn’t make it onto the single but we still dig it big time, Finnish power duo Femme En Fourrure with a remix that gives us less electro/dance/pop and more of a mellow tribal house feeling.

Only A Fool

Marine Parade just featured the AC Slater dub remix of the Freeland track “Only a Fool” on the new Freeland remix compilation “Cope Remixed”. Now, AC gives us the vocal version which stays true to his form of producing smashing tracks that also features some of that smittening wobble bass. AC Slater is about to put out a new single which will distributed for free via blogs in November and he also has a new single dropping in February on Trouble & Bass + his “Calm Down” EP will be released in March.

Sha! Shtil! (L-Vis 1990 VIP remix)

L-Vis 1990 just gave us permission to post his VIP edit of that epic remix of the Gucci Vump track “Sha! Shtil!” (you know, the track inspired by an old Jewish folk song). This can just be described as: huge!

Gucci Vump – Sha! Shtil! (L-Vis 1990 VIP remix) (zShare)

PS. America, watch out because L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok are about to destroy your dancefloors.
