The new AUDION (the moniker of Matthew Dear) single “Dem Howl” featuring the vocal offerings of Danish artist Troels Abrahamsen was released yesterday via Kompakt and it’s a 7 minute long driven, emotional techno infused anthem that has already received love from big names such as Skream, Jamie XX, Daniel Avery, Axel Boman, Mano Le Tough etc. The single comes fully packed with remixes from techno legends Joris Voorn and Michael Mayer.

With Caribou’s highly anticipated release of Our Love right around the corner, we’ve been anxiously awaiting to hear who they’ve brought aboard for a remix treatment. Thankfully, they’ve chosen Tale of Us and Mano Le Tough, who join forces to create a cosmic take on the already stellar hit “Cant Do Without You”.

Twinkling bells and haunting synths rise and fall over a pulsing synthetic drum machine, building to a warm combination of dream pop and deep house. The end result keeps the emotional immediacy of the original while elevating it to a more energetic space.

“Please” is the new single from top Berlin by ways of Ireland producer Mano Le Tough off his upcoming album “Changing Days” which will be released on February 22nd on Permanent Vacation, a steady driven atmospheric track with repetetive sampled vocals combined with soulful singing and an interchanging shuffle amidst piano keys.

Orlando Higginbottom is better known as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs has definetely made a mark as one of the formidable new talents of electronic music. His track “Houshold Goods” was originally released on Greco-Roman back in 2010 (as part of debut album “Trouble”) and has since become an anthem in the TEED live show and a track that defines euphoric house, now we receive a bundle of new remixes from Zinc, Mano Le Tough, Enei, Lil Silva and Zed’s Dead. The remix EP is due out on Beatport August 13th and a week later at all other outlets.

Swedish artist collective Uniforms For The Dedicated launch their latest track: Uniforms featuring Maria Nordström “March Of No Coincidence” on Berlin based Trunkfunk Records. The single features remixes by: Deniz Kurtel, Andre Lodemann, DJ Nibc, Dan Curtin, Mano Le Tough and Moullinex (you can buy the digital copy on Beatport or grab a limited edition vinyl here)

“Uniforms For The Dedicated’s multi-faceted multi-media output is a playground of fashion design, film, art and music. March of No Coincidence is the idea, providing the inspiration for their brand new single, their latest fashion collection, and the cutting-edge video that unites the two.”
