Gina Turner mix for Mishka

The cats over at Mishka providing us with yet another fine mix. This installment comes in the form of a minimal techno mix done by Gina Turner and it goes a little something like this:

“Basically I put this mix together to showcase some of my favorite minimal ch00ns at the time. Being a NYC transplant in LA I couldn’t stop my inner-guido-house loving side from sneaking out while recording the mix. So towards the end I get a little more on the maxi-mal side. I think guidos, nerds, thuggs & hipsters can really all come together and get down to these tunes… hopefully.”

Our favorite NYC lady Jess Jubilee AKA 4AM Jess (of Nightshifters, Trash Menagerie and Flashing Lights fame) has been killing it lately with her smashing mixes. This mix is called “Bad Decisions” and was made for Manslaughter & premier clothing label Mishka. Perfectly executed and filled with bass heavy tracks, this will have you going in no time.

Mishka presents: Keep Watch vol. 3

Mishkas third installment of their ongoing “Keep Watch” mix series was just released. Volume 3 comes from UK producer duo The Others (AKA D-Code and DeXterous of the Dub Police crew, they’ve been featured on numerous mixtapes and on BBC Radio) & MC Roguestar. The mix spans over 40 minutes of dark and grimy dubstep and features their selection of some of their personal faves from the past couple years.

Teki Latex mix for Mishka

Ah, our favorite Parisian MC Teki Latex returns with this mix which is the second installment of the Mishka Keep Watch mix series (the previous one comes from the heavy hitters in Jokers Of The Scene). This mix showcases Tekis unique style fusing techno, eurohouse, fidget, electro and b-more along with some of his trademark exclusives into a mix that’s bound to bring a smile to your face and to make you dance. This is our jam right now.

“For this mix, listeners can expect to get a creatively diverse experience starting with fun, minimal songs from the likes of Errorsmith, all with a little bit of wonky house sprinkled on top. Then, the mix delves into rap — including a freestyle that Teki does on top of Rattattat’s Mirando — B-more and big Ibiza house, then finally ending off with some harder tracks similar to the sets that Teki Latex has been known for.”
