Mowgli (ft. Amber Jolene) – Back In The Day (video)

Mowgli – I Gotta Feeling (video)

Italian producer/dj Michele Savasta AKA Mowgli turned Londoner and has since then slowly but steadily been building an empire of techhouse goodness, with the help his own productions and also his Deadfish Audio label. His latest single “I Gotta Feeling/La Lokomotiva” trips into deep, soulful house territory and is the perfect companion to a night at a sweaty, saunalike club.

Lou

Tor and Leo first met on a class in rhetoric and quickly discovered their similar taste in music, their love for Giorgio Moroder, futuristic trains and machines that goes beep.

When the two, by coincidence, moved in to the same apartment complex, sweet noises emerged, echoing over the hills of Ersta. The project soon came to be known as Boeoes Kaelstigen.

Now they have a new exciting new EP being released as a joint venture on Discobelle Records and Adrian Recordings. With their highly technical house that we all learned to love, they come with this new track that will get you started on the journey we call Boeoes Kaelstigen.

The release also comes packed with some killer remixes. Panton (ED from NROTB) loved the track so much he just had to do two, the Italian midget house pioneer Mowgli comes strong and twist it up Mowgli style and last but not least we have Nautiluss from the now buried Thunderheist adding another dimension to the Boeoes Kaelstigen universe.

Go get the EP on Juno or Boomkat

Exploited Records 3 Year Anniversary

Back in 2007 German dj/producer Shir Khan started up his label Exploited Records and since then the label has grown into a force to be reckoned with within the dance music scene. Next week – Friday Oct 16th – sees the label indulge in a birthday bonanza at Villa in Berlin with an all-star line up of dj’s including Italian but London based Deadfish mogul Mowgli, Berlin duo Malente & Dex, label head Shir Khan, Amsterdam duo Homework, Swedish world travelers Savage Skulls, Berlin dj/producer Jack Tennis and special guests Siriusmo & Jan Driver + local Malmö girl Gnucci Banana will be performing live and those who have seen her wreck havoc on the stage will know that Villa will most likely be left in shambles after her gig.

We’ve also got a special treat for those of you that prefer your parties in the mp3-format, 8 banging tracks courtesy of Exploited Records. Enjoy!

ZDS & Spoek – We Should Bang Tonight (Mowgli remix) (video)

LA Riots – The Drop (video)

“The Drop” is the first official original from the Riots, mixing new musical experimentation with years of road-tested club confidence. Endlessly kinky riffs and jacking kickdrums have already made it a festival favorite, and it comes backed by two mindbending remixes from Duke Dumont and a stomping four-on-the-floor take from TJR. B-side “Bombah” is a planet rock party starter, flipped by Deadfish don Mowgli and Nadastrom’s Dave Nada. Yet even with such a dynamic remix lineup it’s all about the original tunes, setting the stage for many more LA Riots firestarters to come!”

Zombie Disco Squad (ft. Spoek Mathambo) – We Should Bang Tonight (video teaser)

Forthcoming on Deadfish Audio, Zombie Disco Squad links up with one of the hardest working people we know – Spoek Mathambo – for a major track. We’re looking forward to this release.

“It was only right, after being in the same circles as one Mr. Mathambo/Mokgata….we finally hooked it up and made this Chicago-esq track. Remixes come from Solo and Mowgli, both adding a more tech, ratatatat sound to the original. Hope you like!”

Solo

Member of the Italian massive in London and purveyor of midget house, Solo gives us an impeccable take on the Mowgli & Tara McDonald track “Can’t Stop Singing”. Check it below and then grab it over at Beatport.

BONUS: Solo just did a mix for Jackmode, plenty of funky tropical sounds in it to help you manage this heat.

Tracklist after the jump.
