This is a film about two young Swedes who are pushing their game to a new level. The documentary also features appearances from Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrik Zetterberg, Obie Trice, Ben Wallace, Niklas Lidström and Juan Atkins. The episodes will go live at the Nike Sportswear Sweden Facebook page on the following dates:

26th January – Trailer

As part of American Made there will also be a basketball tournament hosted by Jonas Jerebko & Adam Tensta on February 18th, 6pm at Munchenbryggeriet in Stockholm. The event sees four teams Cali Crew, Sneakersnstuff, Tres Bién Shop and Shelta Basket pitch both a men and women’s 3-aside team to battle it out on the court to win the chance to travel to Detroit and see Jonas in action. We’ve got the latest track from Adam Tensta (who is set to release his sophomore album “Scared Of The Dark” on April 11th, he is also working with Top Billin & DJA on some other exclusives. Adam Port – A Sound Mind, DJ mix for Nike Sportswear x Zoo Magazine

One of our favorite producers/dj’s out of Berlin is Adam Port who not only makes amazing music but is also a true gentleman and a scholar when it comes to fashion seeing as he writes for Hypebeast. Adam just finished up this special mix for Nike Sportswear and Zoo Magazine, filled with gems that’ll make you swoon.

“Adam Port is a DJ who wears a Rolex and plays minimal techno music. This Berliner breaks all the rules of the genre: he unites opposites and brings back to techno an element that was lost long ago – glamour. Port is not a typical minimal-nerd, but just addicted to their music, and because he’s not a spaced-out, after-hours hippy even if he plays in their clubs, he straddles two worlds. He can party but still rise early and his modesty is tempered by grand gestures.

“Sometimes I come home from a party in the morning, so euphoric and inspired that I must immediately capture the mood in music.”

pitchperfect-europe

Nike Sportswear x The Fader: Pitch Perfect

Nike Sportswear and our friends over at The Fader got together for the Pitch Perfect project where they’ll be giving away mixes from each continent (well, except Antarctica). Yesterday saw the first mixtape in the series, it came from Maga Bo and focused on South America. Today we get Sindens Europe mix which features our very own Jamtech Foundation with the smashing Zombie Disco Squad remix of their “Too Fast” track.

“There are 47 countries in Europe—almost as many individual nations as there are states in the United States. It’s an imaginary umbrella covering a disparate continent. What’s the same about Galicia and Amsterdam? Prague and Oslo? Europe has mountain ranges and crazy beaches, consistent sun and perpetual fog. And while it may have a long entangled history, a plethora of exports, specialties and pastimes, what it is now known for is a ravenous appetite for dance music. Every corner of Europe has its own breed of bass, its specific sliver of drum love—there is hardly a nook without its own signature beat. For our Pitch Perfect Europe mixtape, British selector and producer Sinden takes a survey of what’s newest and greatest, with a slant on Europe’s beloved house music. It may only represent a fraction of the continent’s offerings, but wherever you live, we promise it sounds extra fresh.”
