Stockholms finest, Savage Skulls, did it again with this simply fantastic remix of the track “Break Your Heart” by British singer/songwriter Taio Cruz (we first heard it in their recently released “Endless Summer” mix that we posted a few weeks ago) and this is bound to haunt our sets for months to come. (Thanks to Haldan over at Palms Out)
Since the all out awesome “Trollsta” EP (grab the Round Table Knights remix over here, other remixes comes from Egyptrixx and MHM One) from Austin native Dubbel Dutch is released today by the good people over at Palms Out, we received three of his bootlegs/remixes that you should download before heading over to your favorite digital outlet to buy the EP.
BONUS: Their bumping remix of the track “Trollsta” (single will drop October 13th) from up and coming Austin producer Dubbel Dutch, been a secret weapon in our sets for a while now so go grab it. (Thanks to Palms Out)
Malente is quickly becoming one of the top names to emerge from the burgeoning German dance music scene. Here’s his latest offering, a funky and bleeped up remix of the track “Shapeshifter” from Canadian producer Myagi.
Voodeux is Boston producer Tanner Ross and Philly producer James Watts (AKA Kilo Watts). The duo are about to release their album “The Paranormal” sometime in June on Claude Von Stroke’s San Francisco based label Mothership. The track “Bones” is a six minute growling and sinister yet complex techno monster just waiting to sink its claws into an unsuspecting dancefloor. We can see people losing their shit to this.
The Blänk project with a follow-up to the smashing track “Take Your Shirt Off”. The track “I’m Going For Your Brother” gives us the vocal offerings from Lina (of The Touch fame) + Atlanta rapper Young Ivy. The original is a breathtaking slice of italodisco that reminds us of Sally Shapiro while the Waa!Fi (Andreas from The Touch) remix aims straight for the dancefloor with its bassdriven stomp and Boody B (AKA Haldan from Palms Out) switches it up with more of a soft electrodisco take.
Thanks to Haldan (Palms Out and danish label Music For Dreams) here’s another remix of the track “Fragment One” originally from label head honcho, Kenneth Bager. This time, it’s done up by our very own Swedish sensation Style Of Eye. This remix destroys on the dancefloor, and is building hype incredibly quickly. Style Of Eye is gaining steam at an incredible pace, and this track is one of his best yet.
Another group from Melbourne, Digital Manges is a trio that have just released their debut single “Give Me A Reason” on Palms Out. The EP comes packaged with a array of huge dancefloorfriendly remixes from such names as: Clark Able, Mightyfools, Douster, Headshotboyz & Mike Genius. We received this choppy, bassheavy fidget/baile funk remix, which comes complete with gunshots and sirens, from French/Argentinian producer Douster
Super dude Haldan of Palms Out hit us with some remixes for duo Lulu Rouge (signed to Music For Dreams). Both former member of the outfit, Danish techno wonder Trentemöller and French edit maestro Pilooski redid remixes the track “Bless You” + to top it all off we also got the original version.
Leif and Palms Out are some of our favorite dudes of 2008 and this is a collaborative effort. Leif is just about to release his “Black Magic” EP, this remix by fellow NYC cohorts Stay High (check the original version here) keeps the track on more of a frantic and evil tip.
