New NYC based label Dither Down (headed up by Tim Wagner of 33Hz and DJ Chicus of the reggae label Redbud Records) is coming out strong with their latest vinyl only release from 33Hz, “Under The Sun” features solid remixes from NYC hero Eli Escobar, Norwegian disco maestro Prins Thomas and also Brooklyn producer Trap.Avoid who delivers a minimal disco sounding affair.

Swedish dreamy and spaced out psychpop outfit Syket just released a new single entitled “Let It Heal” today on Bengtsson & Wirfält (together with Baseline Music). On the single we find this fantastic disco remix from Norwegian producer/dj Prins Thomas that builds and builds until there’s nothing but ecstasy and euphory left.

The Phenomenal Handclap Band vs. Prins Thomas

New NYC it-group The Phenomenal Handclap Band teamed up with a bunch of remixers for their upcoming “15 to 20/You’ll Disappear Remixes” EP which will be released on October 20th. Norwegian nudisco maestro Prins Thomas did a remix for “You’ll Disappear” wher he turns the original into a stomping and groovy 12 minute piece.

It may seem like I have an obsession with James Yuill at the moment but he just keep giving us stuff we like. Here is a new remix of his track “This Sweet Love” from Prince Thomas, couldn’t picked a better guy for this remix. James debut album “Turning Down Water For Air” might become my favorite work album of the year when it will be released on Moshi Moshi on October 13th. It is just that beautiful.
