L.A based husband/wife duo Rainbow Arabia gets the funky afro/tribal house remix treatment from rising French star Myd (try Hype Machine for his excellent original track “Train To Bamako”) of their track “Holidays In Congo”.

Why we didn’t post the Omar K track on Discobelle is a mystery. Now we are making up on that by posting an exclusive track from their upcoming “The Basta EP” that will be out September 2nd. The hype on the LA husband and wife duo Rainbow Arabia, who merge electro/synthpunk with a heavy world music influence, is big but sometimes you just have to give in and say if it’s good it’s good. I’m a fan!
