Meech – I Want

Toronto producer, all around amazing guy and part of the Discobelle Records family – Meech – just dropped his new EP “I Want” on Discobelle’s Danish brethren label Demento Mori.

On the EP we find the Ashanti sampling “I Want” which propels us into a world of top class, pumping, percussiontinged house music with a chopped up vocal sample to die for, there’s also remixes deluxe from D.Fine, Olibusta, Raziek and Square Mode where each one brings something new and exciting to the table.

Their new track “Banana” takes them in a
new direction and we like where they take us!

Walking On A Line

French electropopsters in Pony Pony Run Run, are returning after their superhit “Hey You” (which we’ve mentioned here on Discobelle in the past) and also their Victoire de la Musique (the French equivalent to a Grammy award) with new single “Walking On A Line”. The new track has remixes for miles, we’re glad to be able to give you these two remixes from two fresh French producers who have already begun to make some major noise. HighBloo and Raziek each gives you their take on the new single where Belgian youngin HighBloo stretches out the original version galavanting into more of that bouncy Dutchlike house territory and Montpellier bad boy Raziek transforms it with the help of hypnotic accordions into a Funana sounding tune.

We got an e-mail from Bunk, who is a south France rapper and also happens to be a good friend of Raziek. He told us about his outfits new track “Ugly” (taken from their new EP due on the Deephop Panel label) which was produced by Night Drugs and they also did a video for it that you can peep above.

Raziek – Die EP

He’s truly a great guy and part of the Top Billin knighthood, always bringing us good vibes, whether the style be straight ghetto grooves or house or bass-fuelled club thumbers, he’s on it. We’re happy to release his new single titled “Die”, that has people already raving about it (with artwork to match his manly image).”

Ghetto Technicians Officiales
