Barcelona based label Holographic People has recently dropped their tenth release, The Devil’s Dancer by Shelby Grey. This release refuses to go unnoticed and so far has garnered support from the likes of Duke Dumont, Henry Saiz, Moonlight Matters, Drop out Orchestra, Punks Jump Up, Xinobi and Clancy. The two tracks are dark dance macabre yet still have clear influences from late 70s cosmic disco.

“Wild Youth” is the third single off Shelby Grey’s debut album The Music is on His Side. The track starts off tame, slowly and steadily building until Ricco Vitali comes in around the 2 minute mark. The track has an effervescent lightness that inspires childhood memories and like the Ricco exclaims in the chorus, make you want to “jump jump jump.” The remix package featuring Goldroom, Moonchild, and Pedro Pantera takes the song a step further and explores the spaces of disco and French house. “Wild Youth” is out today via Holographic People.
